2006 Turkeye Rallye

Our club was happy to join the MG Car Club (aka "the B Club") in their annual Turkey Run & Rallye.
The cold 49-degree day didn't faze the hearty A drivers and our club comprised four of the six cars that showed up. Following a nice route through Woodbridge and Alexandria(and past Bill Marshall's boyhood home), our club members captured the top two slots.
Liz Ten Eyck, unencumbered by a navigator, grabbed first place in her gorgeous 1961 Mark II. In second place was Amy Rothberg and navigator Kathy Kallapos in Amy's not-as-gorgeous-but-nevertheless-well-loved 1960 1600. A bowl of hot soup at Panera's was a welcome end to a fun day.
